Cutting edge

Chris Teague over at Pendragon Press has just uploaded the image below, created by Neil Williams, which will be the cover for his forthcoming e-anthology ‘Nasty Snips 2‘, due out later this year and featuring my short piece ‘The Perfect Woman‘.

Update (June 2012):-

There’s been a slight change of plan over at Pendragon and this release will now be a series of electronic  mini-anthologies, entitled The Nasty Snips Project, featuring four stories in each bite-size release.

My short story ‘The Lightning Conductor‘ is the mid-month feature over at  Roar & Thunder eZine.

Book reviews now online

Snipped up

Just heard that my flash fiction piece ‘The Perfect Woman’ has been accepted for Chris Teague’s forthcoming anthology sequel Nasty Snips II over at Pendragon Press.

The collection will only be available as an e-anthology, with a virtual launch planned to coincide with next year’s FantasyCon in Brighton.

Double the Horror

The second of my horror stories out for Halloween, ‘From Chatterton Hill‘,  is now available over at Screaming Dreams as part of the bumper seasonal issue of Estronomicon.

It’s free to read and can be downloaded here.

Happy Halloween to all!

End of the line for SW&W

The more eagle-eyed among you may have noticed that the forthcoming link for my piece ‘Unfinished‘ no longer features on the Publications page.

This is due to the sad closure of the Indiana-based magazine, Strange, Weird & Wonderful, and is yet another reminder of how hard the Publishing industry is faring in the continuing recession. I wish DLR and his team every success in their future endeavours and thanks for taking the time to consider my work.

Hopefully the story will get picked up elsewhere in the coming months.

Something fishy

For those of you looking for some horror this Halloween, my latest offering, ‘Fish Out Of Water‘, is now available as part of the ‘Midnight Movie Creature Feature‘ anthology from May December Publications.

The book is out now on Kindle, priced £6.47 in the UK and can be ordered as a hard copy version on Amazon.com.

And if that’s not enough horror for you, Severed Press’s ‘Zombie Zoology‘ anthology, featuring my story, ‘Why The Wild Things Are‘, is now on special offer at only £2.14 for Kindle. So why not double up and download a copy at the same time for twice the scares.

(Watch this space for yet more horror before the end of the month)
